This is a really beautiful villa that feels like a home the moment you step inside, in fact, the moment you see the gardens and land you know this is a house that is loved and has had time and money spent on it to ensure the maximum comfort and pleasure throughout the whole year.
Only a few minutes drive from Biar a lovely town of great history sitting 650 metres above sea level in the province of Alicante. It is one of the castle towns and its own castle is a beauty, double walled and has an Almohad Dome one of the oldest in the region.
The town is full of cafes, bars and restaurants, some friends of ours own a Pizzeria which is excellent, there are a number of artisan and unique shops and a fabulous park right in the centre.
The villa is in a tranquil but far from remote location with breath-taking views from almost every square metre but especially from the big roof terrace, a superb feature. There are neighbours but the property is not overlooked.
The photos tell the story very well but to guide you along the double gates, there is a pedestrian gate at the side as well, open up to reveal a big driveway immaculately kept as is everything, with a small shed, one of many, near to the gates.
As you walk down past the side of the house you come to the main entrance although there are two other points of access and to the right of that is a superb garden area, one of two of course.
The swimming pool (5x4) is in a private area at the rear of the property where there is a very large terrace and one of a number of outbuildings, this one is like a traditional Spanish summer kitchen and there is also a quite splendid BBQ as you would expect by now and there are two pagodas around the pool. What a great entertaining opportunity for lavish parties.
Further down towards the land are more outbuildings including what I can only describe as luxury accommodation for dogs, the owners love their dogs. Another part of the outbuilding is being used as a laundry room and a fridge for the dogs, naturally!!
The interior of the property has perfect distribution, a beautiful lounge and kitchen/diner are full of natural light and with excellent views, not quite as excellent as from the roof terrace but I have already mentioned that.
Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and there is a further guest bathroom. The quality of fixtures an fittings is as you would now expect.
The property has central heating for the three winter months and air conditioning for the hotter summer months.
